Eastland has extended its relationship with Glen Park Community Centre to help keep those in-need fed during this pandemic, by offering Eastland’s Order & Collect service for food relief meal distribution, which is a first for both industries.
Glen Park Community Centre provide a food relief frozen meal distribution for those doing it tough, however due to the current restrictions, this has impacted countless regular. So this partnership allows their services to include more of the community who may be struggling and to make it easier to access given Eastland’s proximity to public transport.
Eastland’s Order & Collect service was launched in May for customers to place an order directly over the phone at any participating Eastland retailer, and have the ability to collect on the same day from the convenience of their car through Eastland Valet. This service will now be extended to those needing to collect frozen meals to feed themselves and/or their families. A no contact option will be implemented for those traveling by transport via a separate collection point in valet.

Monday – Sunday 10am – 4pm

Eastland Valet on Level B1
How do I get there from public transport?
From Ringwood Station – Enter the Town Square Shard and take the escalators all the way to B1, exit the automatic doors to the carpark and Valet is on your right at the back of the carpark
Do I need to show ID or paperwork?
No, you don’t, you just need to advise the staff member at valet that you are wanting to collect Glen park meals.
Is there a limit?
So we can ensure we provide food to as many people in need, there will be a maximum of 5 meals distributed per person per day.
The Glen Park Community Centre in Bayswater provides a whole host of services for the local community, including a food pantry, education, training, a social-enterprise cafe, and a safe space to access support in situations of domestic abuse.
