Philip is French trained in Tokyo and first moved to Melbourne to start Paul Bocuse Bakery with the aforementioned 3 Michelin star chef. With over 30 years of experience, Philip modernises traditional French style baking with a Japanese influence. Philip still personally hand bakes over 150 different products each day.
Brioche by Philip has won numerous awards (including best bakery in Melbourne and best sourdough in Melbourne) and has truly become an iconic bakery/eatery for foodies and Melbournians alike.
